Credits are what an investigation consumes. A quick triage uses fewer; a full-depth case uses more.

Does it change anything in my cloud?
No. The agent is read-only by default. Anything that would change state is proposed as a fix and waits for your explicit approval.
What happens when credits run out?
On Free, investigations pause until the month resets. On Pro and Team you can buy add-on packs, or let auto-top-up handle it.
Which clouds do you support?
AWS and Kubernetes. The agent isn't limited to a fixed list of services — given access, it can investigate any AWS service in your account.
Do members share credits?
Yes. Credits belong to the workspace, so the whole team draws from one pool and sees each other's cases.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is the trial — 300 credits a month, no card required.
Can I switch plans later?
Anytime. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
